British Horological Institute – Corporate Membership

Time Assured is delighted to announce that during November 2012, we were elected as Corporate Members of the British Horological Institute. Founded in 1858, the British Horological Institute’s main purpose is to further horology, provide education, and develop new and aspiring horologists.

The British Horological Institute promotes standards of excellence in Horology and members are bound by the Institute’s Code of Conduct. A copy of the Institute’s Code of Conduct is available for download from our website.

Congratulating Time Assured on their election to Corporate Membership the BHI’s Chairman remarked, ‘I am delighted that Time Assured has further strengthened the ranks of our Corporate Membership. The commitment of companies to Corporate Membership is a demonstration of their willingness to strive for excellence in both the technical and business aspects of their horological endeavours, as well as a way of expressing support for the work of the Institute. The Institute stands for education, standards and support in all fields of clock and watch making, repairing and servicing, and our association with Time Assured strengthens our representation in the field of turret clocks. I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship between our organisations.’
